Booking and website terms
Clear responsibilities from search to checkout.
These general terms explain how the direct-booking website works. The rate and cancellation conditions shown with a reservation, plus confirmed property policies, form part of the booking contract.
When a booking exists
A room search or temporary payment hold is not a confirmed reservation. A booking exists when Marley’s Place issues a confirmation number and the reservation status is confirmed. Keep the confirmation and review the dates, room, guest count, total and balance promptly.
Rates and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars for the selected stay. The booking summary states the room total and any balance. Payment may be taken online, from an agreed tokenised payment method or at the property through a connected terminal or another recorded method. Banks may require additional authentication. A declined or incomplete payment does not guarantee the room.
Tokenised payment method
When you consent to retain a token through the stay, you authorise its use only for the purposes explained at checkout: the stay guarantee, an outstanding accommodation balance or an incidental amount you have approved or that is validly due under the accepted property terms. The motel cannot view your full card number or CVC. Disputed transactions should be raised promptly.
Changes, cancellation and no-show
The cancellation conditions attached to the selected rate apply. Contact Marley’s Place as soon as possible for a date, room, guest or arrival change. A requested change is effective only when the motel confirms it and may change availability or price.
Guest information and occupancy
The person booking must provide accurate contact and guest information, be authorised to book for the party and ensure all guests follow confirmed property policies. Room occupancy cannot exceed the capacity shown. Accessibility requests should be discussed before booking when a specific measurement, route or facility is material.
Travel and third-party information
Ferries, maps, weather, attractions and third-party services can change independently. Check current operator information before travel. Marley’s Place is not responsible for a third party’s service, outage or content, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Website use
Do not interfere with availability, attempt unauthorised staff access, test payment credentials, submit malicious material, scrape personal information or misuse another person’s identity or reservation link.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable Australian law.
